Cheraw Coaching Update

At 4:00 p.m. Monday, August 26, Chesterfield County School District Superintendent Dr. Harrison Goodwin told The Link, “Based on our findings of misconduct involving two employees, Cheraw head football coach Andy Poole and assistant coach Andre Garvin, both will resume their teaching duties on Tuesday, August 27, and have been suspended from their coaching duties for the first three games of the 2019 football season.  Athletic Director David Byrd will continue as interim head coach until that time.”
