McBee election case moved to Columbia
Glenn Odom’s motion to dismiss Shilon Green’s appeal of the McBee Municipal Election decision declaring Odom as one of the two winners of last September’s town council election will be heard at 2 p.m. Aug. 20 at the Richland County Courthouse.
The change from the original venue of Darlington County and date of Aug. 15 was made to accommodate all lawyers involved.
Judge Roger Henderson of the Fourth Circuit Court will hear the case.
