Lady Rams win Lower State

The Chesterfield Lady Rams softball team defeated Marion twice Friday to win the Lower State championship.

The Lady Rams won the first game 7-5 and soared 12-2 to win the second and claim the AA Lower State title. They will take on Upper State champs Mid-Carolina for the state title.

Game 1 will be at Mid-Carolina in Prosperity on Monday. Game 2 will be at Chesterfield on Wednesday. If needed, game 3 will be played Friday at a neutral site.
