Patrick hearing postponed

The Town of Patrick has announced the hearing scheduled for tonight at 5:30 p.m. has been continued due to unforeseen circumstances concerning personal matters with counsel retained.

The purpose of this hearing is to determine the qualifications of the elected member Cynthia McCormick and her ability to hold office based on S.C. Code of Laws 5-7-210.

The notice of public hearing will be rescheduled and hearing notice will be published and posted in the same manner as before as soon as a new time is determined.
