Rewards offered in homicides, missing persons

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s assistance in the following areas.

Homicides

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office is offering monetary rewards for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any suspect(s) that were involved in these two homicides.

  • Wendell Paul Price AKA Sasha Threatt

On April 1, 2018, Wendell Paul Price AKA Sasha Threatt, was found in the vehicle at the corner of Highway 145 North and Sandy Plains Road in the Chesterfield area of Chesterfield County with several gunshot wounds.

  • Cavish Alton McManus

On June 22, 2020, Cavish Alton McManus was shot several times while visiting a home on Salebarn Lane in the Pageland area of Chesterfield County. McManus was driven to Pageland Police Department where he was then transported by ambulance to Atrium Health in Monroe, N.C., where he later passed away from his injuries.

Missing persons

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s assistance with two unsolved missing person cases. A monetary reward is being offered for information about these persons.

  • Terris Tamara Parson

On June 2, 2019, Terris Tamara Parson was last seen at the Alco Convenience Store on Market Street in the town of Cheraw. He was driving his champagne- colored 2010 Buick Lacrosse. He left Alco heading towards Chapman Street in the town of Cheraw. After an extensive search and investigation, Parson’s abandoned vehicle was located in Florence. As of February 4, 2021, Terris Tamara Parson has not been seen or heard from by his family members and close friends.

  • Joseph Edward Dixon AKA Tater

On April 24, 2020, Joseph Edward Dixon AKA Tater was last seen driving a black- colored 2020 Nissan Rogue SUV in the Hartsville Ruby Road and Bullard Ford Road area of Chesterfield County. The vehicle was located, but Dixon was not. After an extensive search and following all leads, Dixon has not been located. As of February 4, 2021, Joseph Edward Dixon AKA Tater has not been seen or heard from by his family members and close friends.

Burglary suspect

Joshua Trent Nettles is wanted by the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office for multiple burglaries.

On November 11, 2020, Joshua Trent Nettles along with several other individuals committed burglaries in the Patrick and Teals Mill area of Chesterfield County. The CCSO, along with other agencies, has conducted extensive searches and has been unable to locate Nettles. A monetary reward is being offered for information that would lead to his arrest.
