New charges in Chesterfield shooting
Chesterfield Police Chief Eric Hewett has announced Marshay Peurifoy, the son of Jacqueline Peurifoy, has been taken into custody in connection with the shooting that occurred in the parking lot of Edwards Elementary School on Monday.
Marshay Peurifoy was arrested out of state and is awaiting extradition to Chesterfield. He will be charged with accessory before and after the fact of attempted murder.
Jacqueline Peurifoy faces charges of two counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, carrying a weapon onto school property and disturbing school.
Hewett said Jacqueline Peurifoy’s vehicle and cell phone have been located.
