Search on for missing 5-year-old girl

The Cheraw Police Department is searching for 5-year-old Shayla Marie Streater. She was last seen outside an apartment in the Dizzy Gillespie complex of Cheraw around 5:30 p.m. today.

Officers are currently searching the area and reviewing camera footage.

Anyone who has any information as to her whereabouts is asked to call the Cheraw Police Department at (843) 537-7868 or 911.
