Shooting in Cheraw

The Cheraw Police Department is looking for a suspect in a shooting that occurred last night in the Dizzy Gillespie housing complex in Cheraw.

The victim of the shooting was airlifted from Cheraw Airport to Atrium Health in Charlotte.

At this time, the police department believes the suspect and victim are young adults.
