Search warrant yields drug arrests

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit, with the assistance of the Special Response Team, executed a search warrant on Adam D. Myers Road in the Pageland area on July 25. The search warrant was executed without incident.
Sheriff Cambo Streater said this was the conclusion of a narcotics investigation into the distribution of crack cocaine that spanned several months.
Keith Hancock, Reba Whitmore, Gregory Chambers, and Bonita McCaskill were arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine base.  Hancock had four additional charges for distribution of cocaine base and one charge for possession of a firearm by felon.
McCaskill also had an outstanding family Court bench warrant. Two pistols and over four grams of crack cocaine were seized.
Streater said they would encourage everyone to contact the Sheriff’s Office with any information regarding criminal activity.
