Chesterfield County had 18,524 out of its 25,968 registered voters cast ballots in the Nov. 5 general election.
Votes will be certified at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 8, at the Chesterfield County Voter Registration and Elections office, located at 205 West Main St. in Chesterfield.
