CCSO, Darlington Sheriff’s Office, SLED seeks person of interest

Members of the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office, Darlington County Sheriff’s Office, and the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division are actively searching for an African American male in the Lee Parks area, Colin King Road, Isaac Road, and Highway 102 in the Patrick area of Chesterfield County Oct. 16.
Officials said the individual is considered a person of interest. He is described as having dreadlocks, a tattoo on his neck, and wearing an orange shirt and blue pants.
Sheriff Cambo Streater said if anyone sees the individual matching the description around the Patrick area, they should call the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office tip line at (843) 287-0235.
Officials have not confirmed if the person is possibly one of four inmates who escaped from the Chesterfield County Detention Center in the early hours of Tuesday, Oct. 15.
The four inmates are Deshawn Malik Fox, Kyonne Marquise McLeod, Emanuel Rondon Planco, and Anton Conway Bennett.

Streater emphasized they were using all resources available to find the four inmates.
