Jeffery Benjamin Mosier

PAGELAND — Jeffery Benjamin Mosier, 63, of Pageland, SC passed away on August 11, 2025 in Pageland, South Carolina. He was born on April 9, 1962 in St. Augustine, Florida to the late Edgar B. Mosier and Florence Grace McPhee Mosier. He is survived by his devoted wife of 24 years, Stacee R. Mosier of Pageland, SC, and their loving sons, William and Jeffrey Mosier both of Pageland, SC, and Ian Alexander (Tara) of Orlando, FL. Jeffery’s legacy continues through his adored grandchildren, Brooke, Ian Jr., Kinsley, and Hope Alexander. He will also be fondly remembered by his brother, Tim Mosier (Lisa) of Benton, Arkansas, and a host of nieces and nephews. Jeffery was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Havener, and brothers, Kenny and Mack Mosier. Jeffery’s life was marked by his dedication to his work as a long-distance truck driver. He was often lovingly referred to as a workaholic by those who knew him best. Jeffery’s professional life was not just about the miles he covered but also about the friendships he cultivated along the way. Jeffery found solace and joy in fishing, often spending his free time by the water with a fishing rod in hand. His passion for sports was evident in his unwavering support for the South Carolina Gamecocks, and football season was always a special time for him. Jeffery’s interests were diverse, and he possessed a talent for leather craft. Most of all, Jeffery was proud that his family heritage included one quarter percent Cherokee on his father’s side of the family. Jeffery’s commitment to his community was evident in his volunteer work with Food Share in Chesterfield, SC, where he helped distribute food to those in need. His friendly demeanor and willingness to lend a hand made him an indispensable part of the organization. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Baumgartner Funeral Home, Pageland, SC. There will be a Celebration of Life Memorial Service on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Baumgartner Funeral Home, Pageland, SC, with Pastor Trey Thompson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Food Share Chesterfield, PO Box 648, Chesterfield, SC 29709. Arrangements are entrusted to Baumgartner Funeral Home (www.baumgartnerfh.com) of Pageland, South Carolina.

Ernest W. Rollings, Jr.

RIDGEWAY- A celebration of life service for Ernest W. Rollings, Jr., 84, was held Friday at 4:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Chris Rollings officiated. The family received friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Mr. Rollings passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025. Born in Lancaster, S.C., he was a son of the late Ernest W. Rollings, Sr., and Bessie Lee Oliver Rollings. Mr. Rollings was a member of St. John United Methodist Church and the Marine Corp league. He enjoyed fishing, collecting lures off the bank, collecting coins, and telling jokes and funny stories.

Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Harriett Suzanna Hatcher Rollings; son Chris Rollings (Laura), son-in-law, Gavin Rostad; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Dianne Rollings Allen and Jeanette Rollings Boatwright (Bud). He was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Rollings Rostad.
