April 27, 2023 Deceased woman identified The young deceased woman who was found Tuesday afternoon near an apartment complex on Agerton Street in Cheraw has been identified as 33-year-old Kendall Dover Carter from Jefferson, according to Cheraw Police Chief Julius Riley. Riley said the autopsy report is still pending.
