Update on yesterday’s shooting deaths

The three people who died in yesterday’s shooting at 3021 Society Hill Road near Cheraw have been identified.

They are 29-year-old Hailey Brown, 27-year-old Cordarius Foster and a three-year-old whose name is not being released per state law, according to Chesterfield County Sheriff James (JD) Dixon.

Dixon added the investigation is still active, and more information will be released at a later date.

Dixon also requests the public to be mindful of the family in this tragic and difficult time.
