McBee High employees arrested in reference to missing funds
Two employees of McBee High School have been arrested in reference to allegations that funds from McBee High School have been unaccounted for, according to a statement from the Chesterfield County Sheriff’s Office.
Martha Hope Castor has been charged with breach of trust less than $2,000, and
Pamela Sue Amerson has been charged with accessory after the fact and misprision of a felon.
According to Chesterfield County School District Superintendent Dr. Harrison Goodwin, Amerson was allowed to retire with full benefits, while Castor opted to resign. In the interim, CCSD employee Sue Gainey will cover finance duties at McBee High School.
